Axon Careers ("we", "us", "our") provides structured guidance for internationally trained nurses, including support with nursing registration, exam training, job assistance, relocation, and permanent residency — focused on New Zealand and Australia. We are an advisory and guidance service; we are not a government body, immigration authority, nursing regulator, or law firm.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use our services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when you contact us or enrol in a program.

3. Our services & no guarantee of outcomes

We provide coaching, information, document preparation support, and connections to help you pursue a nursing career abroad. While we work diligently on your behalf, the final decisions on registration, exam results, visas, employment, and residency rest with regulators, examiners, employers, and government authorities. Accordingly:

• We do not guarantee registration, exam success, a job offer, a visa, or permanent residency.
• Timelines are estimates only and may change due to factors outside our control.
• Any pass rates or statistics we share are historical and not a promise of future results.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide truthful and accurate information and documents.
• Meet deadlines, attend scheduled sessions, and complete required preparation.
• Comply with the rules of regulators, examiners, employers, and immigration authorities.
• Not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Fees & payments

Where services are paid, applicable fees, inclusions, and any refund terms will be set out in a separate service agreement or invoice provided to you before you commit. Third-party charges (for example exam, registration, or visa fees) are payable by you directly to those bodies and are not included unless expressly stated.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, course materials, and design — is owned by or licensed to Axon Careers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our materials without our prior written consent.
